She was a tour leader on trips to Australia, Namibia, China, Madagascar and Alaska. I have experience in multi-day trekking and climbing six thousand peaks - Kilimanjaro and Mera Peak. What we have: The possibility to go on 6 or more expeditions per year. Vacation is saved. The legal 24 calendar days are yours. We rest on weekends and holidays. The salary of everyone in the company consists of a rate and a bonus part. The rate is 40,000 hryvnias, the monthly bonus is 10,000 hryvnias. The bonuses depend on the fulfillment of the following KPIs: execution of a personal plan for creating travel programs (30%); fulfillment of goals while accompanying a group on a trip, if available in the month (20%); profitability of trips as planned for sale in this month (20%); fulfillment of project tasks (10 %); fulfillment of critical rules and deadlines (10%); quality of work (10%) About the probationary period In this position, it is 3 months. The salary does not differ during the trial period and after. About our hiring process I personally analyze all reviews and conduct phone and offline interviews. I make decisions quickly and provide feedback (both the continuation of communication and its completion) immediately or the next day. Only a few days can pass between a response to a vacancy and receiving a job offer. About the team In our team there are 7 tour leaders-program developers and I am the manager. You can easily ask your manager, colleagues from your department or other departments. If you need help, you write a letter to a colleague — and it is the colleague's task to provide an answer and help. None of your colleagues, not even TOPs, can ignore your letter.
