The salary of everyone in the company consists of a rate and a bonus part. The rate is 40,000 hryvnias, the monthly bonus is 10,000 hryvnias. The bonuses depend on the fulfillment of the following KPIs: execution of a personal plan for creating travel programs (30%); fulfillment of goals while accompanying a group on a trip, if available in the month (20%); profitability of trips as planned for sale in this month (20%); fulfillment of project tasks (10 %); fulfillment of critical rules and deadlines (10%); quality of work (10%) About the probationary period In this position, it is 3 months.
