We are currently looking for an Event manager at the TENTENS Tech venture builder SKELAR company, who will be able to pump up the company's internal events and increase their efficiency and contributions to increase employee satisfaction. Thereby help to build internal communications of TENTENS Tech and grow professionally in the Communications team. About the team: Communications team deals with internal and external communications and builds the Employer brand of the TENTENS Tech company. We build open and business-oriented communications and introduce initiatives aimed at attracting employees. And these are 240+ specialists with cool expertise and a thirst for interesting challenges. What Challenges Await You in the Role of Engagement Specialist—Participation in the formation of the calendar of internal events;—Organization of TENTENS Tech events of various formats: corporate online/offline events for employees, entertainment events directed for team building, etc.;— Development of content for internal communication channels (Slack, Notion (internal corporate portal));— Work with internal ambassadors (drivers) of internal initiatives and events;— Work on merch and gifts: generating ideas, working in close collaboration with designer. What kind of person are we looking for:— 1+ years of work experience in the field of public relations, event management, corporate communications or office management;— Experience in organizing corporate events;— Copywriting skills;— Competent written and spoken Ukrainian;— Activity, sociability, initiative, stress resistance, creative thinking;— Ability to work with deadlines;— Ability to work in multitasking mode and perform turnkey tasks;— Structural thinking, broad outlook, well-read, observant;— Problem solving skills -solving).
