What you need to do: organization of brand participation in events — conferences, summits, festivals, forums with the aim of popularizing the company's products and services; creation of an annual calendar of events for participation; development of creative ideas and concepts for participation in events; selection and coordination of contractors' work, budgeting and reporting on the results of the event ; analysis of the effectiveness of the events; development of conceptual souvenir products and merch for events. We expect from you: work experience of 3 years or more; technical skills: confident PC user (Microsoft Office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); proactive position , flexibility, openness, diplomacy; the ability to systematize work, the ability to set priorities and organize several events at the same time; the ability to react quickly and solve force majeure situations; knowledge of the event agency market.
