From our side, you will work with interesting tasks in an international company and in a powerful team that is used to winning :) Our vision for the future colleague: You have more than 3 years of experience in organizing events (in event agency or on the client side); in your portfolio there are events for 300+ participants; you have experience in organizing both offline and online events; the level of English (written and spoken) Upper-Intermediate; master of planning and time- management (both personal and in the project team); attentive to details, able to prevent possible project risks and work in multitasking mode; You are a proactive team player, you know how to plan and achieve your goals, you set your priorities correctly. Areas of responsibility: the full cycle of organizing and holding events (conferences, business dinners, master classes, participation in exhibitions and conferences); development of event concepts and their implementation; calculation and budgeting of events; selection of contractors and further communication with them: from setting the technical task to obtaining the original documents; control of the work of contractors directly at the event; search, calculation and production of souvenirs with branding; preparation of technical tasks for the marketing team: banner design, visual design of the conference, video materials, etc. participation in brainstorms with creatives; preparation of reports about the conducted events, forming feedback and preparing recommendations for the marketing team; It will be a plus: experience in organizing events abroad (both with on-site and remote support); experience in working with specialized platforms and applications for conducting events.
