Our community includes industry leaders like Ajax, Genesis, MacPaw, Monobank, Netpeak, Roosh, and other trailblazing tech companies.Weare looking for aspecialist tofill the position withEvent Manager, who will strengthen the administrative team ofDiia.City United, plan, coordinate, and execute arange ofevents tosupport the organization’s business objectives.What you willdo:Plan and execute events ofvarious scales and formats, including webinars, meet-ups, expert talks, business breakfasts, etc;Work with the CEO and other stakeholders toidentify key themes and topics for events and develop relevant and engaging content and agendas;Collaborate with the internal team tounderstand event goals and objectives and translate them into aprogram ofevents and experiences for members and prospects;Identify and assess opportunities for sponsored and owned events;Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, etc;Manage event budgets and payments toensure events are delivered within budget;Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, sponsors, and partners;Own the tracking and reporting ofevents.Requirements:Minimum 3years ofexperience inevent organization;Demonstrated experience inteam management throughout event project lifecycles;Strong ability toprioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects;Willingness totake ownership ofevent outcomes and ensure their successful completion;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Results-oriented mindset with keen attention todetail;Proactive and adaptable approach towork;Proficiency inEnglish (B2level orhigher) isessential.Aplus willbe:Experience inorganizing events for 100+people.What the company offers:Unique experience inbuilding communications processes;Exposure totop technological companies inUkraine asyour clients;Dynamic and friendly environment toinspire your best work;Iconic office location Kyiv downtown (Arsenalna metro station), modern working environment;Hybrid work options.Join us in shaping the future of technology and propelling the success of Ukrainian IT on the global stage.
