Main tasks: Planning and organization of events and other open activities of the Company; Preparation of the preliminary budget of the event and its approval; Search and conclusion of contracts with contractors, partners and suppliers; Management of document flow and control of payment of bills; Coordination of the event and communication with other departments of the company; Organization of reporting, statistics based on the results of the event required by the head of the department; Search for additional activities to strengthen the positive image of the company.
