Your area of ​​responsibility: planning the complex of internal communications; greeting colleagues online; monitoring the calendar of internal company events and timely preparation of content for the organization of events; organization of internal events; preparation of tasks for the design department and execution control; participation in the development of event concepts as part of the PR department team; posting news and articles on the company website and corporate Facebook page; communicating with contractors to provide inventory for the event; drawing up and managing the event estimate. To successfully solve the tasks, you will need: higher professional education; high level of knowledge of the Ukrainian language English at the Intermediate level; high communication skills, experience in public speaking, ability to work with content; experience in organizing events, including online; experience in projects related to the development of the company's corporate culture and internal communications at least 2- x years; creativity and a creative approach; a confident PC user (Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint).
