TENTENS Tech develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The team has experience in successfully launching highload platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica for now). About the team: Communications team deals with internal and external communications and builds the Employer brand of TENTENS Tech.

We build open and business-oriented communications and implement initiatives aimed at engaging employees. And these are 240+ specialists with cool expertise and a thirst for interesting challenges.

What challenges await you in the role of Engagement specialist:

— Participation in the formation of the calendar of internal events;
— Organization of TENTENS Tech events of various formats: corporate online/offline events for employees, entertainment events aimed at team building, etc.;
— Development of content for internal communication channels (Slack, Notion (internal corporate portal));
— Work with internal ambassadors (drivers) of internal initiatives and events;
— Work on merch and gifts: generating ideas, working in close collaboration with the designer.

What kind of person are we looking for:

— 1+ years of work experience in the field of public relations, event management, corporate communications or office management;
—Experience in organizing corporate events;
— Copywriting skills;
— Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language;
—Activity, sociability, initiative, stress resistance, creative thinking;
- Ability to work with deadlines;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode and complete turnkey tasks;
—Structural thinking, a broad outlook, well-read, insightful;
—Problem-solving skills.
