As an Event Manager , you will be focused on organizing offline and online events BAKOTECH . Our future colleague has a good understanding of how tools, processes and teams work in organizing and conducting events, constantly monitors trends and changes in the field of event organization, and of course has good planning and implementation skills projects - you always have everything under control.

Our vision for the future of a colleague:

• You have more than 3 years of experience in organizing events (in an event agency or on the client side);
• Your portfolio has events for 300+ participants;
• you have experience in organizing both offline and online events;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
• master of planning and time management (both personally and in the project team);
• attentive to details, able to prevent possible project risks and work in multitasking mode;
• You are a proactive team player, you know how to plan and achieve your goals, you set priorities correctly.

Areas of responsibility:

• full cycle of organizing and conducting events (conferences, business dinners, master classes, participation in exhibitions and conferences);
• development of event concepts and their implementation;
• calculation and budgeting of activities;
• selection of contractors and further communication with them: from setting the technical task to receiving the original documents;
• control of the work of contractors directly at the event;
• search, calculation and production of souvenirs with branding;
• preparation of technical tasks for the marketing team: banner design, visual presentation of the conference, video materials, etc.
• participation in brainstorms with creative people;
• preparation of reports on the activities carried out, formation of feedback and preparation of recommendations for the marketing team;

Will be a plus:

• experience in organizing events abroad (both with on-site and remote support);
• experience with specialized event platforms and applications.
