Hi! We are KDK Events - a boutique event and advertising agency from Warsaw*. We want to expand our team of event creators with another ambitious person, because we have a lot going on! We are looking for young and ambitious people to join the team organizing stationary, virtual and hybrid events. Your tasks will include: coordination of the organization of events, including online events, assistance in the implementation of current agency projects, conducting price negotiations with subcontractors, conducting business meetings with clients, budgeting, maintaining project documentation, cooperation with 2D and 3D graphic designers in creating set design and graphic leitmotif, team support creative in creating offers for clients What do you need to join the team? experience in organizing events (minimum 2 years required as an independent coordinator) meticulousness, punctuality experience in organizing online events (welcome) good work organization free use of basic MS OFFICE programs "light pen" (welcome) communication skills, openness and conscientiousness in performance entrusted tasks, knowledge of English at B1 level or higher.
