We are currently looking for a proactive Event Manager who will help inspire and strengthen the team through events and other company events.

You will have the following tasks:

• Planning, coordination and holding of corporate events, including conferences, trips, business meetings, team building
• Development of concepts and event scenarios
• Budgeting, estimates, plans, payments to contractors
• Coordination of work with customers and other company departments
• Selection of premises , design and personnel
• Search and conclusion of contracts with contractors, partners and suppliers (hotels, concert halls, artists, presenters, advertising agencies and others)
• Order and implementation of gifts for events < /li>
• Control over all processes during the event
• Collection of feedback on results

It is important for us:

• Work experience from 1 year in a similar position
• Experience in organizing and conducting events (from 150 people)
• Ability to quickly and qualitatively solve turnkey tasks
• Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with team, contractors and suppliers
• Ability to work in stressful situations and under time constraints
• Creativity and innovative thinking ability
