Event manager in Phitogen / Fitodzhen

Requirements:

AVENTURIER CLUB is a suburban complex located 19 km from Kyiv. 

In connection with the expansion and preparations for the summer season, we are looking for an event manager smm (there is an option with accommodation) for the location.

Requirements: Experience in an event agency, advertising agency, event organization, congress hall, country club is preferred.

Skills organize the event itself, write the script, organize the timing, manage and select contractors, calculate income and expenses, optimize costs, support clients at all stages, the ability to sell additional services (light, sound, decor, presenter, DJ, cover band, animation, etc.), implement clients, achieve the goal and success of the client's concept.

Development of presentations and preparation of target of sales

Selection of partners, production, preparation of special technical solutions and effects.

Understanding the organization of: festivals, concerts, corporate events; trainings, seminars, weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, events, etc.

A portfolio of completed projects and proposals is desirable

Main functional duties:

-meeting with the client, presentations of the site and projects;
- taking orders for events;
-preparing proposals: menu, event, script, timing, musical accompaniment, -host, activity;
-event support;
-deal support, payments, contract, timing and script;

-cold calls;
preparation with contractors for video, light and sound effects, immersion effect, 360, decor, etc.

Work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekends on free days from events.
