A product IT company is looking for an active, results-oriented and high-quality work Event Manager. Requirements: - experience in a similar position from 1 year - English language level from B1 - creativity, ideation, desire to learn new things - stress resistance, ability to work in the mode multitasking - the ability to find a way out of force majeure situations - a high level of self-organization Responsibilities: preparation for conferences, which includes: - generating ideas for the visualization of the stand according to the established concept - communication with developers - thinking of activities for visitors to the stand, finding contractors for their implementation - control of assembly/disassembly of structures - production of merch for the team upon request - generation of ideas for creating interesting events on behalf of the company, planning and coordination of the plan for their implementation with managers - monitoring market trends - implementation of gifts for partners We offer: - remote employment or office in locations where we have offices: Ukraine, Poland, Portugal, Cyprus - work schedule: Mon-Fri 10:30 - 18:30 - vacation 20 working days per year - paid sick leave - corporate psychologist - corporate courses in English, Polish and Portuguese language - paid tuition, attendance at seminars/webinars, and provision of work equipment
