We are looking for an Event Manager!Requirements:
— Understanding the specifics of organizing large corporate events, online events, and corporate team-building activities for team cohesion;
— Knowledge of the service industry and the gift-making industry;
— Understanding the rules for establishing business contacts and conducting business negotiations;
— Ability to provide adequate and reasoned assessments of tasks of any complexity;
— Ability to effectively and timely solve tasks and problematic situations;
— Experience working with marketing materials (printing, promotional products, etc.);
— Deep understanding of the processes of event planning and organization, from concept to implementation;
— Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders;
— Experience working with budgets and financial planning, with the ability to justify expenses and demonstrate ROI;
— Experience with modern tools and technologies in event planning and marketing;
— Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Miro, Canva, and other tools;
— Understanding of creating Google Forms and collecting response data to improve future events;
— Effective time management skills;
— Ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks;
— Budget management skills, with a rational approach to resource allocation;
— Understanding of trends and innovations in the event industry and their practical application.
Responsibilities:
— Development of the concept of events of different levels and complexity;
— Drawing up an action plan for the year;
— Budgeting for the year;
— Search and interaction with contractors;
— Development and organization of team building for teams;
— Informing, communication on internal and external events;
— Maintenance of the information channel “football fans,” distribution of tickets;
— Organization of congratulations in people dep;
— Informing about public holidays in internal communication channels;
— Development, implementation, and support of partner programs for all locations;
— Preparation of financial statements;
— Communication with marketing and facilities by merch.
