Growe is waiting for those who want to: Create and implement a strategy of internal events; Coordinate suppliers, internal stakeholders to ensure organization and execution of all logistical aspects of events; Analyze the effectiveness of internal measures, collect feedback and make changes based on data to improve processes; Manage all aspects of the company's presence at global conferences worldwide, including booth design, logistics, staffing and coordination; Organize internal events: annual corporate events, online/offline activities, interest clubs, internal employee welfare program, etc.; Manage the production of branded materials in close cooperation with designers, the procurement department and the talent team. We need your professional experience: 3+ years of practical experience in event management in the field of public relations/communications, preferably in the IT field; Experience in the organization of educational projects/activities is an advantage; Experience in successful implementation and promotion of medium and large events, close cooperation with the production team in all aspects from design to operational activities; Experience in managing partnerships, brand activations; The level of English is Upper-Intermediate.
