What tasks will you perform?

• Lead projects (communication with clients, setting and monitoring tasks performed by contractors, directly organizing the event).
• Work with the customer (online meetings, drawing up a brief, calculating the budget of the event).
• Prepare presentation material (create presentations, select visuals, coordinate projects with the customer, participate in creative sessions).
• Supervise the installation and dismantling of the project (decor, equipment, catering and other contractors).
• Execute extra-project, selective customer requests.
• Receive feedback from the customer, prepare the final report and maintain contact with the customer.
• Go on a business trip.

Our expectations:

• Experience in the field of event management in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Experience in organizing online events or understanding of this industry.
• Own laptop for work.
• Knowledge of the event market and contractors from various industries.
• Experience in working with clients, conducting negotiations and presentations, ability to conduct business correspondence.
• Experience with MS Office, graphic editors, online project management systems.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.
• Ability to work in a team and establish partnerships, flexibility, analytical mindset, focus on results, persistence, communication and responsibility.

What will be your compensation?

• We guarantee a fixed rate for the internship period (1-2 months, we will discuss at the time of the offer).
• After internship: rate + percentage of all company projects. Your salary will depend on the success of the projects, your level of work and the joint results of the team!
