Event Manager in 3 Oaks Gaming

Requirements · Experience in an identical position for at least 2 years; · Advanced organizational skills and attention to details; · Ability to meet all deadlines for documentation, contracts and bill payments; · Excellent communication skills; · Ability to communicate promptly with different departments; · Ability to work with venues, contractors, event agencies and other services providers; · Willingness and ability to travel on events and business trips; · English Upper Intermediate. Responsibilities · Work with contractors and stand builders. Holding tenders; · Drawing up a technical specification, lists of references for a stand design developing; · Work with all types of documentation for events: offers, agreements, contracts, event`s forms, invoices and bill payments; · Signing documents keeping deadline and DD process due the communication with a Legal Team; · Payments of bills and invoices keeping deadlines due the communication with a Financial Team; · Accompanying delegates before/during/after the conference; · Managing of delivery merchandise products and gifts for partners and congratulations on behalf of the company; · Organization of internal events, team buildings and events for partners; · Managing all logistics for delegates participating the event (flights, hotels, transfers, other).
