The AffHub project (an arbitration community that unites affiliate marketers around the world) is expanding, and we are looking for new talent. We need an Event Manager, who will be responsible for organizing events in Ukraine and Europe.

Your tasks:

• organize turnkey offline and online events in Ukraine and Europe;
• search for and communicate with contractors;
• set tasks for the development of advertising materials and control their implementation;
• communicate with sponsors, approve sponsorship activities, setting and handing over tasks to contractors, control over execution;
• search and buy branded products, gifts for participants;
• participate in the development of creative ideas and concepts for holding events.

We expect from you:

• 2 years of experience as an event manager;
• communication experience with a large number of contractors;
• experience in organizing large-scale events (800+ guests;)
• experience in budget planning;
• experience working with presentations;
• English proficiency level - Intermediate+;
• experience in organizing events abroad will be a plus.
