Event Manager in Universe

Universe Group is a Ukrainian company that launches global IT products. We create mobile applications and web platforms to simplify and improve the quality of people's lives.

In six years, we gathered a team of 130 people and built three successful businesses – Guru Apps, FORMA a>, Wisey, and we are also developing our own R&D center. The company's products are used by over 85 million people from 180 countries around the world.

We are looking for a creative and organized Event Manager who will take responsibility for organizing and conducting various events for teams, businesses and the company in general. You will be responsible for both internal team building and large-scale meetups and conferences, demonstrating our culture and values ​​to the outside world.

This is the role for those who pay attention to details and understand the importance of the meaning we put into every event. You will become part of a cross-functional team led by an experienced manager, where you will be able to develop both in internal and external communications, and your creativity and organizational skills will help create events that everyone will remember for a long time.

Your future tasks:

• You will organize events: from team building and corporate events to charity events and conferences.

• You will create concepts, merch and POS materials.

• You will work with production teams to create bright content

• You will control budgets and cooperate with contractors.

• You will develop unique gifts for employees and partners.

Our ideal candidate:

• He has experience in Event Management (1+ years) and a portfolio of cool projects.

• Organized and stress-resistant, adapts quickly and is not afraid of deadlines.

• Speaks English at the Intermediate+ level.

• Creative, with good taste, ready for non-standard solutions.

• Has experience in budget planning and interaction with contractors.

Knows how to prioritize and manage his time.

Will be an advantage:

• Copywriting skills, working with Figma, Canva, editing short videos.

• < p>The presence of a network of contractors and locations in Kyiv and the region.
