Event manager in SAME & Friends / Seym ta Druzi, TOV

SAME&Friends is a marketing communications agency with more than ten years of experience and a large portfolio projects for the most famous international and local companies and brands. We are looking for an event manager to join our team.

Duties:

• management of projects from the stage of preparation to implementation (turnkey);
• project management (communication with the client, project management);
• selection and control of work contractors;
• management of the internal team;
• drafting and management of project budgets, control of payments;
• maintenance of documentation and reporting on project results for clients and internal control.< /li>

Important skills and personal qualities:< /b>

• 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• excellent organizational and communication skills for communication with clients and contractors;
• high level of self-organization and time management, ability to set priorities and manage several projects in parallel;
• understanding of stages and components of event organization;< /li>
• experience in team management;
• experience in drawing up project budgets;
• willingness to take responsibility;
• PC skills at the level of an experienced user (Power Point, Word, Excel) projects.
