Responsibilities: Creation and implementation of programs and activities aimed at improving the working climate and ensuring the psychological comfort of employees. Organization and conduct of activities aimed at strengthening team spirit, promoting cooperation and a positive atmosphere in the team. Studying and analyzing the effectiveness of programs and initiatives aimed at increase employee satisfaction at work. Cooperation with other departments to determine employee needs and expectations. Providing advice and support to employees in solving issues related to the work process and interpersonal relations. Conducting questionnaires and surveys to collect feedback from employees and develop recommendations for improvement working conditions. Development, organization, holding of events of various levels. Requirements: 1.5-2 years of work experience in HR. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Ability and desire to implement and improve initiatives aimed at increasing job satisfaction. Competent Ukrainian language and writing.
