Responsibilities: Creation and implementation of programs and activities aimed at improving the working climate and ensuring the psychological comfort of employees. Organization of events aimed at strengthening team spirit, promoting cooperation and a positive atmosphere in the team. Study and analysis of the effectiveness of programs and initiatives aimed at increasing employee satisfaction at work. Cooperation with other departments to determine the needs and expectations of employees. Providing advice and support to employees in solving issues related to the work process and interpersonal relationships. Conducting questionnaires and surveys to collect feedback from employees and developing recommendations for improving working conditions. Development, organization, holding of events of various levels. Requirements: Work experience in the HR field from the 1st year will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to implement and improve initiatives aimed at increasing job satisfaction. Competent Ukrainian language and writing.
