This individual will have strong project management experience, and will oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events, with experience planning conferences and virtual events.What you'll do:Supporting event research and business proposalStrong end to end management of virtual events is essential, including but not exclusive to, product demos, fireside chats and panel debates. Both live and pre recordedMaintaining a working relationship with vendors and venuesPlanning event aspects, such as venue, seating, dining, and guest listCoordinating event engagements, including merchandise, giveaways, guest speaker duties and moreStaying under budget while planning event specificationsManaging invoices and payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reportsManaging and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving,, directing event set-up, communicating with team members, and organizing vendorsCommunicating with marketing team to create effective promotional activities for each event, and when necessary supporting marketing activities such as demand gen workflows and communicationsAnticipating and planning for different scenariosStrong ability to planning multiple events at onceFlexibility with global travel is essentialWhat you'll Bring:Previous event planning experienceDetailed orientated with the ability to capture and convey feedback accuratelyExcellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsForward thinking, creative and commercially mindedAbility to work in an ever-changing environmentCan work well under pressureProven experience and success working within a fast growing SaaS businessA passion for technologyUnderstanding of social media channelsUnderstanding for the sales funnel and commercially mindedWhy Multiplier?We are backed by A-class investors & growing blazingly fast!
