Event/Community Manager at a music and education startup in DIM

DIM (http://mydim.com) is a free music school with which you can quickly and deeply dive into the musical experience and creative community. DIM provides informal education from practicing musicians mixed with live interaction in their circle.

At the heart of DIM is a community of like-minded people united by the love of music. We are looking for someone who will help us grow this community, keep it warm and light, trust and ease, stitch it together with meetings, events, communication, attention and presence in a common space, offline and online.

What to do?

• Plan and conduct events for residents guests of DIM: jams, master classes, workshops, camps, concerts. Look for interesting presenters, work with them and our teachers, help them in their preparation. Think through and constantly improve the experience of participants, organize logistics, communicate with partners. Together with the rest of the team, improve the formats and content of events.

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Represent DIM at events: talk about the project, presenters, team, meet and accompany participants, encourage people to communicate.

• To bring life to our community forums.

• Propose and improve community rules and principles of interaction, monitor their compliance, moderate discussions, defuse conflicts, prevent them.

• Communicate with the audience online, respond to comments and messages in social networks and messengers, send requests and feedback to the team.

• Process applications for participation in training courses, onboarding, etcescort resident participants.

• Conduct surveys on various topics, collect and analyze feedback.

• Also take care of the DIM team, organize internal events: team building and joint activities.

• To feel and carefully direct energy, to help spin beautiful group processes.

• To be a guide, a guide to the world of DIM , to help them get as much value as possible from the House. Get to know community members and introduce them to each other, maintain a safe space for interaction and self-expression.

What do you need?

• Have similar experience with online and offline communities and desire to develop in this area

• To love people, to be able to communicate live and online company" and create a feeling of Home — a place where you are welcome, where you are among your own

• Love music. Musical skills will be a huge plus

• It's great to speak Ukrainian. Competent English will also be a big plus
