What we will entrust to you:

• Development of guides, questionnaires, management of data collection (Microsoft Forms, etc.)
• Control of the implementation of surveys, data analysis and preparation of reports
• Conducting presentations of the obtained results
• Planning and conducting monthly/annual surveys/after project studies according to the schedule: from the development of the toolkit to the formation of a report based on the results
• li>Verification and analysis of data, description of the results of data analysis (qualitative and quantitative, primary and secondary), interpretation, development of conclusions and recommendations
• Construction of graphs, visualization of data, preparation of materials for reporting

• You have a higher education in a specialized area (sociology, marketing, social sciences, etc.)
• You have excellent research, analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Have understanding of the methodology of conducting employee surveys
• Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate
• You have skills in working with data processing and analysis programs (SPSS, Power BI, Power Query, Excel) and online survey tools
