Your missions in a few wordsMissionAs part of the Deputy Prime Minister's team and the European and Euro-Atlantic integration office, the ETI will advise the Ukrainian authorities on the negotiation process and European integration.Main Tasks And Expected ResultsAssist Ukraine in its interinstitutional and ministerial organization to implement the negotiation strategy;Advise the authorities on the political dialogue relating to Ukraine's accession to the EU;Advise the authorities during the development of summary documents and work on their content during the negotiations;Provide recommendations on the examination of the conformity of Ukrainian legislation with EU legislation and the adoption of the Community acquis;Facilitate dialogue with the European Commission and in particular with DG NEAR in the context of the accession process; Encourage the sharing of experience with other EU candidate countries; Support the implementation of the recommendations of the European Commission report on the basis of the plan of action developed by Ukrainian institutions; Profile soughtQualificationsMaster (Bac+5) political science, European affairs, international relationsSolid knowledge of European institutions and the enlargement processKnowledge of European legislationGood knowledge of the French institutional ecosystem (SGAE, MEFSIN, MEAE, etc.) and European (DG NEAR)Knowledge of the context in Ukraine.Knowledge of project management.Proficiency in English (CEFR C1 level) as the main working language, proficiency in Ukrainian would be appreciatedProfessional ExperienceSolid experience ( 5 to 7 years minimum) in connection with the enlargement process Desirable experience within European public administrations. International experience. Experience in another candidate state Experience in strategy and support for change would be appreciated.
