Estimating engineer in Universal, BK, TOV

In connection with the expansion of activities and the increase in the volume of work, the construction company "Building Complex "Universal" (general construction works) needs an estimator. Type of employment: full-time. Requirements: higher education; experience of working as an estimator in a construction company for at least 2 years ; the ability to read drawings and work documentation; knowledge of the construction materials market; understanding of current prices for construction works and materials; knowledge of the regulatory framework; PC knowledge: AVK 5, AutoCAD, MS Office. Responsibilities: drawing up estimates in AVK (performing calculations in software AVK complex), drawing up reports of completed works in the form of KB-2B, KB-3; drawing up estimates in Excel (commerce), drawing up reports of completed works; preparation and checking of estimate documentation for participation in tender (competition) procedures; checking of reports of completed works from of subcontracting organizations, maintenance of accumulated information under subcontracts; control of write-off of materials, interaction with the accounting department on write-off of materials; verification of information about the actual volumes of construction works performed and their comparison with the planned volumes. Working conditions: Location: Kyiv, Karavaevy Dach district. Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00. Stable and decent salary (by agreement). Official employment is possible.
