Estimating engineer in Zdoroviy klimat

Requirements: Work experience, in the construction field, in a similar position for at least 2 years. Higher education; Experience in the preparation of estimates in general construction areas; Responsible attitude to assigned tasks, accuracy and attentiveness. Knowledge of pricing, estimate standards, material consumption, knowledge of Excel programs, AVK, MS Office. Responsibility, high professional skills, knowledge of regulations; Attention to details. Responsibilities: Work with drawings, calculation of the volume of construction works according to the project; Compilation, verification and agreement of estimate documentation; Analysis of costs at various stages of construction; Departure to the construction site for drawing up defect reports; Forming the scope of completed works. Checking the reasonableness of the cost of construction and assembly works and other costs according to project documentation; Participation in the preparation and approval of construction contracts; Checking the estimated documentation received from the customer and preparing conclusions about its composition and quality; Agreement with the customer of estimates and norms and estimates for construction and installation work and the cost of material resources; Calculation of the cost of construction, including for its individual components; Accounting for the work performed by the customer.
