What you will do: work with project documentation , prepare estimate documentation for general construction, repair and construction works, installation works; monitor the cost of construction materials and equipment; calculate the cost of project works depending on the cost of construction and natural indicators of the object; plan, account and control costs for projects; perform calculation of indicators of commercial efficiency of projects; carry out justification and agreement of estimate documentation with the Customer; carry out verification and correction of project and estimate documentation; carry out analysis of the feasibility of costs and expenses for carrying out BMR; conduct monitoring and analysis of tenders according to the company's activities; maintain a project and estimate archive; to keep an internal report. What is needed to successfully cope with the job: higher education — engineering and construction (preferably), engineering and economics; work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; work experience in drawing up estimates at budgetary objects IV - V categories of complexity; knowledge of the full cycle of development of design and estimate documentation in accordance with the regulatory requirements of SNiP of Ukraine; ability to read drawings; ability to work with large volumes of information and in multitasking mode; ability to work with office equipment and knowledge of PC: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), 1C:8 (preferred), experienced user of AVK-5, AutoCad software complexes; attentiveness, accuracy, ability to work with numbers.
