Main types of activity:

Our organization carries out construction, reconstruction, capital and current repair in Kryvyi Rih and across Ukraine for the following types of work:

• Preparatory works
• Establishment of concrete and reinforced concrete monolithic structures
• Installation of prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete structures
• Installation works stone structures
• Dismantling, manufacturing and installation of metal structures
• Installation of wooden structures
• Protection of building structures, pipelines
• Arrangement of roofs
• Facade works
• Installation of internal and external engineering systems and equipment of buildings and structures.

The facilities are located within Ukraine.

Requirements for candidates

• Higher professional education (master's degree, specialist). the corresponding profile of the enterprise is at least 5 years
  • Preparation of the enterprise budget;
  • Calculation of the cost of construction;
  • Working with subcontracting organizations;
  • Control of work execution
  • Formation of estimate documentation at the tender stage based on drawings and defect reports in AVK-5;
  • Formation of a complete package of documents for closing acts of completed works;
  • Work experience from 3 years.

Functional duties:

• Analysis of previously conducted purchases;
• Providing an expert assessment of the cost of works for budget formation;
• Preliminary analysis: fin. status, reference, permit documentation of the counterparty;
• Conducting tender procedures for the purchase of BMR, PNR and PIR;
• Conducting auctions on the SAP Ariba site;
• Conducting add. negotiations with bidders to obtain more favorable com. proposals;
• Checking of DCs, calculations, monitoring the cost of materials and equipment;
• Preparation of reports and analytical data* Introduction and updating of the supplier database
• Mandatory knowledge of AVK-5
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
