What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Minimum 7 years’ experience within Finance at a major institution, ideally with experience of quantitative and qualitative data analysis and new reporting requirements.
- Project management and business analysis skills, including creating lean processes and governance structures.
- Commercial outlook – able to connect numbers, performance drivers and ‘real world’ events.
- Knowledge and experience with financial and regulatory reporting data and systems.
- Highly-motivated, diligent, collaborative, personable and capable of working independently and exercising judgment.
- Strong people and communication skills – able to develop and articulate a viewpoint when working with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Quantitative degree, ideally with professional education in Finance (Qualified Accountant).
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

This requires working collaboratively with teams across the businesses and functions to drive action and deliver high quality reporting., Maintain awareness of industry and regulatory developments in Europe ESG disclosure requirements., Help to maintain and drive strong controls around data integrity and accuracy for all ESG reporting.]
