Main functional duties:

• Coordination of the implementation of the ESG strategy and its integration into the business processes and operational activities of the company;
• Development and implementation of ESG policies and procedures in accordance with corporate requirements and international standards in the field of sustainable development.
• Establishment of ESG goals, development and coordination of implementation plans, determination and approval of performance indicators.
• Monitoring of the implementation of ESG action plans in operating units.
• Cross-functional interaction to integrate ESG principles into different business areas, operational activities and company processes.

Requirements:

• Higher economic, financial, environmental law, education (specialist, master).
• 3 (three) years of experience in the field of ESG or sustainable development.
• Deep understanding and practical experience in corporate ESG processes, support of investment projects financed by international financial organizations (preparation and implementation of ESAP, SEP, ESIA, GET, etc.)
• Practical experience of corporate training. non-financial reports according to international standards.
• Experience of participating in the assessment of the level of emissions of greenhouse gas carbon footprint and implementation of decarbonization projects will be an advantage.
