Functional:

Strategy and implementation

• Development of ESG strategy and ensuring its implementation in business processes and operational activities of OP
• Development and implementation of ESG policies and procedures in accordance with corporate rules and international ESG standards
• Definition of goals, KPIs, project tasks and plans; definition and approval of ESG performance indicators
• Participate in the development and implementation of sustainable development initiatives. 
• Create a project team to adjust existing business processes in accordance with established guidelines and deadlines.
• Monitoring the implementation of ESG plans of the operational office.

< strong>Data and standards

• Data management and analytics according to ESRS and GRI standards; updating the ESG database in all functional areas
• Preparation of CEO reports, materials for Group reporting
• Ensuring the company's compliance with environmental norms and industry standards.

Cooperation

• Cooperation with different functions in the integration of ESG principles
• Coordination of the function of sustainable development between OC and KK.

Awareness

• Monitor the main ESG trends, regulatory changes, best practices in the implementation of initiatives
• Organization of training programs and events for employees with the aim raising awareness of sustainable development.
• Identifying and mitigating environmental, climate, social and related financial and technical-technological risks.
