Invites an analyst to the ESG team Requirements: Experience in implementing an environmental and social management system (ESMS); Experience in working with sets of data related to ESG and preparation of ESG/Sustainability reporting; Knowledge and experience of working with standards and metrics of ESG reporting and ISO norms (GRI, SASB, TCFD, GHG Emission Protocol, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISSC, understanding of IFRS); Experience in social and environmental impact assessment; Knowledge of current EU regulations and directives (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR, IFC's Sustainability Framework, etc.), and Ukrainian legislation in the field of sustainable development; English at Intermediate level and above. Duties: Implementation, managing and monitoring the performance of the ESMS system; Managing the collection, analysis and interpretation of ESG data for continuous monitoring of KPIs and ensuring high quality reporting, collaboration with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, operational, etc.) to gather impact-related information on the environment, social initiatives and management practices; Coordination of the preparation of external annual reports on ESG and Sustainability, definition and implementation of ESG reporting and disclosure methods based on understanding the requirements of regulators, investors, creditors and participants in sustainable development; Involvement of stakeholders, interaction with internal and external stakeholders to understand their expectations and concerns regarding ESG; Cooperation with external partners to implement reliable methodologies and carbon accounting systems; Supporting the Company's acquisition of new and maintaining current certificates (GMP+, ICSS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 and other relevant certificates), preparation, organization and support of external and internal compliance checks; Tracking of current trends in ESG, monitoring of changes in legislation, regulatory acts, directives and standards.
