We are currently looking for a specialist for the position of Category Manager (Home Appliances group) who shares our values and wants to become a part of our company.

Requirements:

• Experience of 1 year in a position related to user support
• Experience in solving requests from users in working with ERP software products;

Will be a plus:

• Experience in working with basic configurations (Accounting, Payroll and management personnel, UTP, etc.)
• Knowledge of the administration module: setting up accounts and access rights
• Cluster management console 1C:Enterprise
• Remote support (TeamViewer, RDP)
• SQL queries (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)

Responsibilities:

• Support of ERP system users (1-2 lines support)

• Processing and analysis of user requests (Service Desk)

  
  

• Consulting on system functionality and business processes

  
  

• Writing and updating user instructions
• Interaction with related departments (accounting, logistics, retail, finance)
