ERP system support manager in KSL

We want to strengthen the team with a person who will help our employees work in theERP-system Odoo, adjust processes and ensure that the system works as it should.

What do you need? will do?

• Understand how our ERP system works.

• Help colleagues in working with modules (warehouse, production, sales, etc.).

• Add new users, configure access rights.

• Check whether all data in the system is correct.

• Describe and transfer bugs to programmers (if something "breaks").

• Create simple instructions or explanations upon request.

• Support users — from the office to production.

If you have already worked with any ERP or CRM, it will be a plus. Let's teach with Odoo!

Who is this job suitable for?

• Those who have worked with 1C, SAP, Bitrix24, Microsoft Dynamics or other systems.

• Young specialists with technical education or experience working with data.

• Those who are not afraid to ask, test, dig into settings.
