ERP Senior Project Leader in OpsWay

Identify signs when projects get off track and manage team focus and customer expectations to get them back on track;Make sure all significant pieces of the project are present, and validate that requirements are well structured and documented;Having a clear vision of project objectives. Being solid in communicating project decisions and solutions; Gather requirements and find suitable solution with help of your team;Identify project risks and suggest mitigations.Q: How will my team look like?A: You will have several teams working with you;Each team consists of 1 Odoo functional consultant, 1 Technical Lead, 1 to N Engineers;You are reporting to a single-stake internal stakeholder.From the customer side, you will work with C-level management and/or a dedicated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) representativeQ: What are the types of projects I will be responsible for delivering?A: Complex Odoo ERP-based implementation;Medium to large size companies with tens to hundreds of users;We are primarily working with US and EU customers;The most common ERP functionalities these companies are implementing are Sales & CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Helpdesk, and Project management.Q: What skills do I have to have to be successful in this role?A: Fluent English is a must. Ukrainian, Polish, Russian is an asset;Min 5 years of experience in launching ERP projects is a must;In-depth knowledge of one of the common ERPs, e.g., Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and Acumatica, is a must. Experience with Odoo is a huge advantage;Knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting;Business analysis skills - requirement writing, diagraming, etc;Project management skills - project planning, risk management, project reports;Knowledge of any programming language and/or SQL knowledge is a plus.Q: What will be my daily activities?A: leading people, talking to people, giving tasks, making sure tasks are clear and commitments are held. We would expect you to have a leadership experienceWeekly progress reports/meetings, structuring information with a goal in mind. Clearly communicating it.
