My name is Vika , I am a recruiter of the CRMiUM company, one of the largest multi-system integrators of CRM and ERP systems in Ukraine.

We help businesses automate to be more efficient and profitable.

We work with Zoho, Creatio, Odoo, Pipedrive, Hubspot platforms. CRMiUM's client portfolio includes more than 400+ successful start-up companies in more than 27 countries, including DTEK, LUN, Megogo, Genesis, Big Money, EasyPay, Nebesna Krynytsia, Genius Marketing, GoIT.

We are looking for a Business Analyst for projects on the implementation of the Odoo ERP system.

We are looking for candidates:

• With one year of Odoo implementation experience or possibly similar ERP/CRM systems

• With an understanding of business processes and the skills to improve processes with the help of IT solutions
• A technical background at the level of understanding:

1. the principles of how web applications work
2. principles of building databases
3. basic principles of programming (for the correct setting of tasks for developers)
4. principles of API operation and integrations in general

English at Upper Intermediate level, knowledge of BPMN will be an advantage

You will:

• Collect requirements, describe and decompose them
• Recommend improvements to customers regarding their processes
• Assign tasks to the developer, monitor and test the result
• Upload historical data to the system
• Train users, create video instructions

Working conditions

• Employees are paid hourly, based on their billing for projects.
• For the onboarding period, we fix a guaranteed payment, its amount is determined based on the results of the interview
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (be in touch), active working hours the employee adjusts to his workload and prioritization
• Absence of micromanagement
• We have a remote, you can work from anywhere in the world, but it is better in a time zone close to Ukraine.
