Every day I support clients in working with ERP software thanks to business knowledge in the area of ​​trade and logistics at enova365.

I act as a consultant who knows the ERP system and understands the business processes supported by this system. Thanks to this, I offer comprehensive support. I advise, help optimize processes, solve simple technical problems, and perform software updates. In the case of more complex tasks or requests, I cooperate with programmers and coordinate their work so that the client receives full, comprehensive assistance.

WORK CONTEXT

Team: 15+
Architecture/technology: determined by the Project Manager in consultation with the team
Project management: Project Manager
Customer contact: frequent and required, both by e-mail and telephone
Technical support: Constant support of programmers and people from the implementation team
Methodology: Standards and documentation, work planning
Location: new office in Zabrze

• Knowledge of basic operation of MS SQL databases.
• Category B driving license
• Participation in implementations taking place at the client's premises and remotely (depending on the implementation).

• Knowledge of the Jira system is desirable.
• Knowledge of production areas and WMS systems is desirable.
