Areas of Responsibility- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with users to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements, and analyze how ERP can address their needs.- Solution Design: Develop and document functional specifications, including system configuration, data migration, and integration requirements, based on user requirements.- Configuration and Setup: ERP to meet business needs, including setting up a chart of accounts, workflows, approval processes, and security roles.- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users and clients on ERP functionalities, processes, and best practices.- Testing and Validation: Plan, execute, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of ERP solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.- Change Management: Collaborate with users to manage organizational change associated with ERP implementations, including user adoption and process improvement.- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of business processes, solution designs, and user manuals.- Collaboration: Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects.Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience with any ERP system.- Experience with US Market- Upper intermediate level of English.- Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret business processes and requirements.- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design, or related business experience.- Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Will be an advantage- Experience with Dynamics 365 Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP system.- Dynamics 365 certifications.
