ERP Business Analyst (Logistics and Sales) in Ajax Systems

Requirements:

• Sure knowledge and understanding of accounting standards (logistics (import, export, Ukraine), sales and sales);
• Experience working with groups of intercompany companies (intra-group resales);
• Experience in setting and supporting Tasks, developing business requirements and drafting technical tasks for automating business processes in Jira;
• Experience as an Analyst, Consultant of ERP accounting systems from 2 years;
• Experience as an advanced user of one of the ERP configurations in the direction of distribution and sales management; 
• Higher education in one of the areas: IT, logistics accounting, sales, accounting and auditing, customs affairs, management;
• Excellent analytical abilities, systematic thinking;
• Skills to negotiate and solve complex issues; 
• Experience of clearly and technically competent assignment of tasks (TOR) to developers to expand the standard capabilities of the system; 
• Ability to write structured instructions.
• Consultative support support for users (processing of IT requests - portal by direction, help with system settings, skills in finding and determining the causes of incorrect data, group processing of documents, fixing bugs).
• Creating and setting rights for new system users;

Responsibilities:

• Development of the accounting system own development; 
• Working with Stakeholders and Product Owner to form requirements, search for optimal solutions; 
• Description of AS IS and TO BE processes; 
• Description of business requirements and development of technical tasks for development (TOR); 
• Preparation of proposals for optimization of business processes; 
• Communication with the development team, detailing the requirements;
• Cooperation with the RM and QA team;
• Support of tasks to release in Release; 
• Preparation of test cases for functional testing, testing based on development results; 
• Transfer of works to customers; 
• Presentation of functionality; 
• Writing instructions; 
• Independently identify weak points in the system, propose solutions; 
• Support of the 2nd line of support in the direction - user consultation - processing requests, help with system settings, skills in finding and establishing the causes of incorrect data, group processing of documents, fixing bugs.
