ERP/1C business analyst in Preis HR agency

For our client, a group of companies, we are looking for an ERP/1C business analyst for an office in Ivano-Frankivsk. Necessary skills: 1 year of experience in a similar position. Ability to develop documentation and use visual tools to present information. Ability to identify business needs - the customer, formulating the concept of the solution, drawing up the requirements for the future product. Experience in modeling processes (UML, BPMN), creating prototypes, developing use scenarios (writing Use Cases, User Stories). Experience in working in flexible methodologies (understanding the principles and features of software development methodologies ). Implementation of process automation projects with the involvement of a contractor. Ability to work with the preparation and verification of business requirements. Knowledge of Scram, Kanban, Waterfall methodologies and frameworks, ability to organize, manage and moderate processes within the framework of these methodologies. Understanding of the software development cycle from scratch/ development of ready-made solutions. Understanding of the general architecture of IT systems. Understanding of the principles of integration and data exchange between various information systems and applications. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Responsibilities: Collection of functional and non-functional requirements from internal stakeholders of the company; Analysis, processing of these requirements and writing the technical task for the development team; Managing the full development cycle using flexible/hybrid approaches; Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of implemented solutions; Interaction with other company departments to ensure the integration of solutions with third-party systems; Preparation of documentation and training of system users; Support and resolution problems related to the use of the system; Testing of updated functionality and creating instructions for users; Working with requirements: identifying, collecting, structuring and conducting analysis. Drafting of technical tasks and description of processes, analysis of possible scenarios for their implementation. Coordination of business processes, technical tasks with members of working groups and customers. Interaction with all participants in the production process for the development and implementation of software and the organization of their joint work. Choose the most effective project management models, develop interaction schemes between project participants. Control the volume and timeliness of performed tasks, evaluate possible deviations from the plan, perform corrective actions. Delivery of implemented projects to the customer/informing customers about releases. Preparation of reports on time spent/work performed.
