BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR: Specialist from equipment accounting / POP Administrator
FUNCTION: Marketing (Department for the development of trade marketing and distribution)
LOCATION: Kyiv
ROLE POSITIONING AND MAIN DUTIES:
The employee in this position will be responsible for organization and provision of processes to support the implementation of marketing campaigns, which includes, but is not limited to, the following scope of work:
- Maintenance of all document flow of the department ( electronic, paper document management): contracts, additional agreements, specifications, acts of completed work, income documents, etc.;
- work in 1C: creation of orders to suppliers, applications for shipment, reporting, assistance in conducting operations to adjacent departments;
applications) in 1C of TMC for disposal, processing of documents;- Ensuring uninterrupted work in 1C: database administration, creating accounts, granting access rights to users;
- Formation of reports at the request of central office departments ;
- Assistance to assistants and department heads in conducting operations in 1C;
- Control of delivery costs;
- Effective cooperation with the financial department and accounting department regarding the timely transfer of financial documents and ensuring timely payment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Higher education;
- Skills for working in 1C at an above average level;
- Skills for working with MS Office, in particular MS Excel, at an above average level;
- High level of analytical skills;
- Good communication skills and basic negotiation skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb large amounts of information;
- High level of self-discipline, the ability to independently determine priorities and adhere to agreed deadlines;
- Independence in organizing processes from the moment of initiation to obtaining the necessary results;
- Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate level ;
- Flexibility and resistance to change.
