• Confirmed experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Shown success in delivering complex projects or epics on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Certification with a recognized Agile Project Management qualification would be beneficial – e.g. Prince2 Agile or PMI ACP or equivalent experience.
• You know how to drive meetings, establish clear agenda and summarize outcome.
• Capacity to work autonomously and in close team collaboration.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to quickly adapt in case of unexpected change of priority.
• Curiosity about Euroclear business services is a plus (Settlement, Asset servicing, Banking, etc.).
