Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESG) Project Manager in Oschadbank

OSHCHADBANK invites a Project Manager for the management of ecological and social risks (ESG) to the team. Key tasks: assessment and determination of means of mitigation of ESG risks in the financing of clients — legal entities; development of a methodology for assessment and monitoring of ESG risks in the process of financing clients — SE; participation in building a reporting system for the Bank's environmental and social indicators; participation in internal training and initiatives to raise awareness of ESG issues; participation in communication with stakeholders, including international organizations, investors, government bodies; analysis of the best international practices of sustainable financing, the evolution of ESG rules and standards and their implementation in the Bank's activities when financing clients — SE. For this position, you need: higher education in a related field, such as ecology, sustainability, business, finance, etc.; practical experience of ESG risk assessment in organizations/banks will be an advantage; data analysis and reporting skills; availability of additional training on ESG issues will be an advantage; English language - Intermediate (B1)/ Upper -Intermediate (B2) Your resume — become part of the OSHCHADU team!
