Yourmain tasks will be:

• issuance of permits and licenses for the production activities of the units of the Department of Transport in the field of water, air, land resources and industrial waste, as well as radiation safety issues;
• organization within the scope of execution competence license conditions, including special requirements for special permits, implementation of activities in the field of environmental and radiation safety;
• control of the extraction and use of drinking groundwater and water intake from surface water supply sources;
• li>preparation of statistical, corporate and other environmental and radiation safety reports;
• inventory of industrial waste of production units of the Transport Department;
• pre-qualification check of contractors, control of work performance and provision of services with< /li>
• environmental and radiation safety, protection and rational use of surface water bodies and potable groundwater, performed and provided under contracts;
• conducting inspections (including participation in inspections of control bodies) of the state of environmental and radiation safety of the unit's facilities, protection and rational use of water bodies, preparation of proposals for the elimination of identified sources of environmental pollution;
• control over ensuring safe operating conditions of ionizing sources radiation, including implementation of measures to limit the impact of ionizing radiation onpersonnel and the environment;
• consideration of complaints, statements, letters of appeal, petitions, etc. on issues of air protection, soil, waste management, radiation safety, protection and rational use of surface water bodies and underground drinking water water.

Mwe expect from you:

• higher education in the relevant field of training and work experience according to the profile;
• perfect knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine with environmental and radiation safety ("On environmental protection", "On waste management", "On atmospheric air protection", "Water Code of Ukraine", "Land Code of Ukraine", etc.);
• knowledge of state and industry standards for environmental and radiation safety (DSP "Basic sanitary rules for ensuring radiation safety of Ukraine");
• knowledge of the procedure and rules for keeping forms for accounting and reporting on environmental and radiation safety, the basics of economics, labor organization, production and management, fundamentals of labor legislation;
