Enterprise management manager in Alliance Pack

The FORTO company - a manufacturer of wooden furniture working with leading European brands, is looking for an experienced manager for a position related to the coordination and improvement of the work of all production sites.

Main responsibilities: 

• Management of production sites: monitoring the performance of production tasks at each site, ensuring product quality.
• Organization of personnel, control of work stations, support of production discipline.Optimization of work stations productivity, proposals for automation, improvement of technical processes.
• Effective team management: clear delivering tasks, creating a productive and responsible working atmosphere. 
• 400">Coordination with the planning department: daily coordination of schedules, order fulfillment deadlines style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Reporting and analytics on plan execution, shortage, productivity. 

400">Production management experience in the furniture or woodworking industry.
