You will be joining our EA Technology Squad – as an  Enterprise Architect for Technology – you will guide the implementation of our corporate & IT strategy and IT transformation by defining and managing the enterprise architecture for our IT capabilities and provision of IT services including digital workplace, IT delivery management, and IT platforms and infrastructure (on-premise and public cloud).

• 5 years’ experience (minimum) in a relevant technology architecture role, preferably within a leading financial or corporate enterprise
• Demonstrated experience with architecting IT platforms and infrastructure services in diverse technology environments, including services and technologies deployed both on-premise and on public cloud, and including application middleware, mainframe and distributed computing, database services, networking, and data centre technologies
• Very good analytical, planning and organisational skills, and you are able to connect the dots and navigate in a constantly evolving environment
• Result-oriented and you collaborative to deliver business outcomes
• Able to balance out the longer term and short term views and implications of different options and paths of action
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and you have a proactive working approach
• Effective leadership and communication skills and are an extraordinary teammate, able to work optimally at various levels of the organization, with a proven sense of ownershipand ability to influence others to move toward consent
• A good communicator and you can adapt your messages and style to different audiences and seniority. Fluency in English is required
• An active listener
• An active contributor to the different communities and governance bodies as applicable
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
• A good understanding and knowledge of business and technology operating models, strategic planning and cost-benefit analysis, security and risk management, information and data management, systems development methodologies and agile principles and frameworks, and/or IT service delivery, infrastructure and operations
• Experience within the Financial Services industry and you have an understanding of the complexity of the regulatory environment – considered as a plus
• Certified in an Enterprise Architecture framework (e.g. TOGAF) and are familiar with Enterprise Architecture tools – is an advantage
