We are looking for an experienced Enterprise architect in the leading company of the Ukrainian banking market to implement IT transformations, develop corporate architectural solutions and implement IT strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing business goals: Defining and analyzing business goals at the company and individual project levels. Assess current and future business needs to develop appropriate architectural solutions.
• Creation of architectural documentation: Development of normative architectural documentation, templates and artifacts. Maintenance of project documentation in an up-to-date state throughout the entire life cycle of the project.
• Analysis of existing solutions and development of new architecture: Conducting Gap and Impact Analysis of existing architectural solutions, Designing architectural solutions based on business requirements, current state of the system, legal requirements and restrictions, and Creating an "as is" and "architecture" to be" taking into account optimal solutions to achieve business goals.
• Presentation and justification of architectural solutions: Presentation of proposed architectural solutions and justification of their choice to customers and other interested parties.
• Development of integration specifications and models: Create integration specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams to ensure systems consistency.
• Control and consulting: Monitoring the work of solution architects to align their activities with corporate standards and architectural principles. Support and advice to the project team during all stages - from development to implementation and operation of the solution.
• Communications and project management: Communicating with customers, contractors and other project participants to ensure consistency of action. Conducting negotiations with the aim of achieving project goals and resolving conflict situations.
• PoC support: Participation in the development and approval of Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions to verify the effectiveness and viability of architectural concepts.

Experience requirements:

• Experience in transformation projects or operational changes as an Enterprise/Solution architect
• Experience using/implementing the TOGAF framework, creating and implementing enterprise standards using TOGAF.
• Experience in the development of enterprise architecture and project solutions.
• Experience in developing Enterprise and Solution Architecture solutions using TOGAF/IAF/BIAN frameworks as an Enterprise/Solution Architect.
• Experience in defining the target state of the organization's architecture and creating transit architectures as a roadmap for its achievement and creating as-is/to-be presentations.
• Experience creating architectural models using tools: Sap Power Designer/ARIS/Sparx Systems/Enterprise Architect (or others).
• Experience in software development and implementation using AWS/Azure/GoogleCloud and related technologies.

Required skills and knowledge:

• Use of UML, understanding of BPMN diagrams
• Useknowledge of Jira, Confuence, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 or similar
• Use of SDLC (Waterfall, Agile) development methodology
• Understanding of technology stack usage: J2EE/Python/Node.js PostgreSQL/Oracle /SAP ASE/MS SQL, Redis, Kafka, REST, GRPC, K8s
• Understanding the use of technologies: microservices, event-driven approach, DevOps practices, SRESRE;
• Use of corporate architecture creation tools: ArchiMate/SAPPowerDesigner, Sparx or other
• Practical experience in the application of Microservice Architecture, Monolith, Event-driven and Request-driven architectures, understanding of application conditions.
• English at a level no lower than Intermediate (B1).
