📌 Our teacher must:

speak English at the C1+ level;
love English and be able to convey your knowledge to others;
have a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy;
be responsible and punctual;
want to develop as a teacher of English for IT specialists;
be ready for long-term cooperation.

It will be an advantage: experience teaching an adult audience of six months or more (We are also ready to consider candidates without experience, if everything else is at a high level).

📌 Responsibilities:

conduct individual, pair and group English lessons;
draw up student study plans, in accordance with their goals, including professional ones;
prepare personalized lessons (or adapt existing ones), select materials that meet the requests and needs of students;
to provide a friendly atmosphere in lessons and be result-oriented;
participate in regular meetings with your team and Teacher Lead.

construction of a schedule and the number of working hours based on your wishes;

📌 Who are our students?

Our audience is 18+ Ukrainians who already work in IT or are studying for a relevant profession. Motivated and cheerful students are our priority.

📌 What is the workload?

Before starting cooperation, the teacher himself chooses the workload from 60 to 120 hours per month, the teacher also chooses class schedule, workload and schedule are fixed and permanent. Next, we gradually fill the selected time slots with lessons.
After 3 months of work, there is an opportunity to switch to a full-time position (from 120 hours per month).

📌 What about the salary?

From 180 to 350 hryvniasyen per lesson hour depending on experience, teaching skills and level of English.

In addition to lessons, we also pay for:

Time spent on team activities, including calls.
Participation in the creation of content or educational materials, management, etc.

When switching to a full-time job, the salary will be from 18,000 to 40,000 hryvnias.
